Chef Martha has been in the catering business for over 22 years. She worked at the Marriott Corporation and HSBC as well as locally in the Monterey County area. She enjoys making dishes from all corners of the world. Her specialties are Mexican, Italian and American cuisine. Martha uses her skill and experience to create tasteful, stylish, and elegant meals for all occasions.
